How to romance Panam Palmer
Panam Palmer is romanceable by male V only (with male body type, default voice). She's tied to the Aldecaldos questline. Miss the right dialogues = miss the romance.
Quest order
- Ghost Town — meet Panam. Take her side in the Raffen Shiv encounter.
- Lightning Breaks — drive carefully, no joking dialogue choices.
- Riders on the Storm — RESCUE Saul, choose the brave route. Critical romance flag.
- With a Little Help From My Friends — say yes to all of her plans, including taking the Basilisk for a ride.
- Queen of the Highway — the romance scene. Pick "I'm here for you" when she opens up. After the scene, the romance is locked.
Things that break the romance
- Mocking Panam in any dialogue (especially the early Raffen Shiv mission).
- Choosing male V's flirty options with other characters during her quest chain — track-flag check.
- Romance flags reset if you abandon her chain mid-way and complete other major missions.
Reward
- Panam unlocks the Path of Stars ending (call her in Mikoshi).
- Also unlocks the Aldecaldos questline rewards.
If stuck: if you're playing female V and want Panam, you cannot — she's locked to male V's preferences. Try Judy (who's female V exclusive) instead.
