Field Guide pages — fast collection guide
Field Guide pages are the landmark collection system in Hogwarts Legacy. 150 total. They unlock the Field Studies trophy chain.
Three discovery methods
The game stores Field Guide pages by HOW you find them. The system tracks:
- Pages collected by Revelio — most pages glow when you cast Revelio nearby. Walk and spam Revelio in any room.
- Pages collected by interaction — moths to flames, levitating objects, lighting braziers. Each landmark has a hint.
- Pages from completing tasks — Quidditch trophy room hits, statue interactions, etc.
Where to focus first
- The Astronomy Tower has 5+ pages — quick win.
- Each common room has 2-3 pages — visit yours and the others (you can sneak in via doorways).
- Defence Against the Dark Arts classroom has the most pages of any single room (8).
Tools that help
- The field guide map in the menu shows landmark icons. Hover one — it lists collected/uncollected.
- Revelio is your best friend. Cast it in every new room.
- Use Lumos to attract moths to the right brazier — these are gated behind specific spells.
Trophy chain
- Field Studies — find any 25 pages.
- Demiguise Dread (related) — combine with statue collection.
- The Field of Trials — 100 pages.
- Final trophy — all 150.
If stuck: if your count is stuck at exactly 150 and there's no popup, you haven't synced with the Field Guide menu. Open it once — the trophy fires retroactively.
