Tomb of Qualopec — Level 4 walkthrough
The first artefact-acquisition level. Lara finds the first Scion piece in the central chamber, locked behind three pressure plate doors.
The three doors
Three corridors branching from the central room, each ending in a pressure plate. All three plates must be activated before the central door opens.
- Plate 1 — straightforward.
- Plate 2 — gauntlet of swinging blades. Time the run.
- Plate 3 — slippery slope + spike pit. Long jump from the high platform.
Larson — the first human boss
After you grab the Scion, Larson Conway ambushes Lara on the way out.
- Pistols are enough. Larson takes ~10 shots.
- He sidesteps and shoots back; strafe + shoot beats his AI cleanly.
- He drops nothing — this is a story fight, not a loot fight.
Secrets
- 3 secrets. One is in the slope room — slide down on a specific angle to land on the secret ledge.
